Native American Indian names & Inuit names :)
http://www.lowchensaustralia.com/Names.htm (sorry I can't do links :) ) This is a great links site for names.
And the following I found posted on a tracel site........
"There are many inuit names for a child. Like Hanseraq, Jenseraq, Lasse, Gutti or Jakob.
But I know a little more about nick names.
It depends if the child has an older brother or syster, or a yonger brother or syster.
If the baby is a boy and you allready have a daughter, then he will get the nick name Aqqalu. Whits means (little skat)
If you already have a son then the new boy will get the nick name Nuka (little brother) And the older brother will be called Siiku, by the yonger one.
If the baby is a girl, and you already have a son, then the little girl gets the nick name Bibi.
Personly I think Naja is a very beautyful name for a girl. And Nuka is to my like The Greenlandic name.
But the fyrst rule is, that the first son will get the name Siiku, and the first girl will get the name Naja.
One name is also stuck in my memory, that is Niviangua and it means (a little bushleaf)"
