I am new to this site & fairly new to showing. Big problem is I dont drive & miss out on a lot of shows because of this :-(

When my parents showed dogs many years ago there used to be coaches who picked up in various places for people to go to the shows with their dogs.

This was only for the big champ shows.

It would not be so bad if you could get overnight trains to get you there on time
for the show.

Does anyone know if there are any coach companys doing this now? I have tried an internet search but could only find one company that deals with shows abroard.

Sadly even that company has given up.

there are a few that still do coaches to some shows.  One from the sout West is run by Shirley Haris Tel.01875 2510655, as she worls for Western Greyhound coaches.

Unfortunately even they only pick up on Motorway services so still aproblem for non drivers like you  and me.

I can't drive due to very poor sight, and team up with other exhibitors paying petrol.  Still means sometimes I can't get to shows that I would like to go to.

Whereabouts do you live?  I know of someone who runs a private coach or at least did depending on numbers but on gundog days.  It runs from Yorkshire
