Do any of you guys have/use one of these? Im keen to cut down on the amount of chemicals that I use and with 2 dogs and 3 cats there always seem to be little accidents to clean up etc. Also I do laods of cooking and they are supposed to be really hygenic  as they steralise.

Hi Bluebell,
I have used a Polti steam cleaner and they are very good.
Have used it on various things carpets come up a treat and are not wet at all after cleaning.

That would be really uesful - probably pay for itself with just one use, since all my curtains could do with a clean.
If you woere buying again what are the key features that you would look for?

I have a polti and its the best thing I have ever bought  great for any spills but fantastic for piddles on carpet etc.. bit pricey but well worth it
