gave my pup chopped up chicken wings but she seemed to struggle eating them.

I don't chop mine up, I give them whole, the pups have a really good chew on them then.  I don't leave them unsupervised though!

raw only, you should NEVER give cooked chicken bones to dogs................I gave them to both my litters of cockers at 5 weeks old.

Never,never give cooked bones of any sort,they splinter and can cause untold damages to the dogs intestines aswell as blockages.

Whole wings would probaly be easier for your pup to handle,as someone else said they can get a better grip on them and they are great for teething, sore gums.

raw bones always my pup is 16 wk old bullmastiff.
