cant seem to stop my bully pup attacking anything fluffy ect rugs cusions throws tried replacing with her toys and even got her some fluffy ones but she just seems to want what she is not allowed.

It could possibly be your reaction when she gets a cushion/throw etc that is making these things more valuable to her.  What do you do when she gets hold of these things?

i give her her toys to play with i dont tell her off as i beleive reward works better then scalding.but she just chews her toys for a few moments then attacks cusions and throws again.

When you are taking the throws etc off her it might it is taking a bit of time which she is viewing as interaction. Try actively playing with the toys with her for a while when you give them to her, so she learns to bring the toy for a game and not your throws and cushions.
