Ok, so we are picking up Cassie, our 8week puppy tomorrow.  She is due her first injections soon, I was just wondering the cost (havent met up with vet yet!)

Made me think how much things cost approx....................................

1) Injections
2) Micro chip
3) Neutered (sp?)

any others.

Its not that Im worried about costs, Im not, just wondering how much, so I can make sure my friendly vet is given me a decent rate !
Thanks

So, just checked with my vet

£41 for injection
£20 for microchip.

and a free "puppy check" which I guess is like an MOT for a car........or where they say something is wron with Cassie.................see its not the parts mate, its the labour !!!!!!!

Lol

Hi think it depends where in the country you are
my vets charge
£27.50 for injections
12.50 for micro chipping if done at the time of second injection
congrats and best wishes for the new puppy

Some animal welfare charities will chip for £10. NDTR tattooing is a bit more expensive but well worth considering if you have any concerns about chip migration and safety.

Abbys injections were £28 each and its going to cost £255 to get her spayed.

Blimey 250 quid!

We got both our dogs chipped for free when they went swimming at a hydrotherapy pool - lessons cost £12 and got a free microchip!

I think my collies spay came to £180.
