Just wondering if anyone else on here has got a sheltie

Not yet an owner but definately a lover. Mum and I are currently seraching for a rescue sheltie (few and far between - good for the breed, not so lucky for us) to join our family.

I'm waiting for a friend to breed me a black & white sheltie LOL she had been promising me one for 20 years ;) I have had offers from others but I just love my friends lines & her dogs are really fiesty little dogs. She has just had a litter by a greek dog(who is now back in Greece)all the puppies were booked so I'm not advertising. Can't wait to see them She has tris & blue merle now.

They should brilliant dogs & I love to teach them things I sometimes handle for her & delight in beating her with her own dog She's saving up for the DNA tests for CEA.

We have a gorgeous 1 year old sable and white called Leo who is currently stretching out on the floor sleeping after his long walk and big dinner. Considering getting him a friend when hes 18 months but not sure yet as he often goes into the office with my OH but im not sure the people he works with would appreciate having 2 dogs in!

Ive just been typing out his pedigree to put on a website and am going to Crufts on the sunday when the shelties are there

I have 2 Shelties.  A 1 year old blue merle boy, Tango, and an 11 year old blue merle boy, Rocky.  My older boy is my retired obedience dog, and my younger one is a show prospect in the wings.  They're wonderful!  You can see their pictures here:

My mum has a 9 month old boy called Harvey. He has to be one of the bravist dogs I have come across.

Don't own one but handle my friends 5 shelties at shows, 4 blue merles and a 15 month old tri puppy that I am very attatched to as I delivered her on xmas morning and is a very special little girl!!

I am in england, but waiting (fingers crossed :D) for a litter of all american breeding shelties due 5th may. Mum is an american champion and dad is a danish agility champion, pups from the dams last litter have done extremely well, at 2 of the pups first shows they won mini novice jumping and midi novice jumping, the bitch then followed up at the next show with a mini novice jumping and mini intermediate win - they are super duper fast! This litter should be sable/tri, if there's nothing I like from that litter hopefully I'll be getting a merle in october/november time.
