Has anyone received their entry tickets for Crufts yet????   I'm panicking a bit, because I entered on line (using old computer), didn't print out my confirmation email confirming my entry and I've not yet got my tickets......should I be worrying or is it just my paranoia (again ;)  )

Hi Margot, I don't have mine either yet. I also entered online, but did print off the confirmation. The payment to Fossedata Systems also shows on my bank statement. So with luck....... Shouldn't be too long now.

Give your credit card company a ring.  They will be able to tell you if the payment has gone through.

Will put your mind at rest at least

Thanks for all replies - it sets my mind at ease! (why I didnt think acbout checking bank statement, heavens only knows!!)

Roxanne - reading Our Dogs it seems to imply that Aussies are first in the ring (Ring 5, Hall 1) - surely we're behind smooth collies - aren'twe ??????

I haven't paid much attention really, but being non CC's I would assume we are behind smooths (if they are also in ring) because they do have CC's!)

Will look it up in a bit if I have time, unless you find out first!  I have a stroppy mummy who wants my room clean!!!...I'm a typical teenager!!! :D floor should be protected!!!!! ;)

Mine havent come either.  Unfortunately my girl is due to whelp so we wont be able to go!
- By Lokis mum [gb] Date 11.02.05 23:04 UTC
Thank heavens for that!!!!

Gives us time to get there, get settled, have a wander round...... we've also got a birthday party (6th) to set up as well (Kealie's sister, junior handler in waiting is 6 on Sunday, so b'day cake has to be hidden at the bottom of the grooming box ...good job Loki & Vinni are going to be left home for the day :D )

Got my envelope today with details of the eoffers etc in.  Is it just me being greedy, or in athe last couple of years has this thinned down a lot?  Seem too  remember that there used to be lots of bits and pieces to pick up a  sample at various places, or a spoecial crufts gift, very little this year, the usual Oedigree sample, and some info on a couple of skpecial deals and a BoB offer!
bye

Gwen, I noticed last year there were a lot less that even the year before. The year before I bought burns at buy a bag get a bag free not last year.  Got very little last year in way of bargain.   People like at bargain or freebies at Crufts I think and it isn't like they are not making a packet..  never mind

Reading this makes me feel really old, I remember the days at Earls Court, when every stall you went to had freebies let alone special offers. Its more like a shopping trip these days, where as then it was Go to the dogs and pick up what you can on the way roundd the rings. Don't get me wrong I still enjoy doing my shopping and dont mind paying but its not as much fun as going back to the hotel, and everybody swapping there freebies with one another for the ones they want. LOL I remember those days too, it was much less commerical than it is nowadays, but I'm still going but unless I thought my dog was going to be winning a CC I would never enter them in breed. especially if the breed was scheduled on Sat or Sun

If I qualified for the obedience(of any sort) I would enter as there is usually more room around the obedience

Well I phoned the number for the eyetesting yesterday to see if they could book me in without the exhibit number, but all the four days eye testing slots are already booked up and that is with passes still to go out.  they only do 25 a day.

Why can't they offer paid testing in addition???

Hi, Moonmaiden, you said exactly what i feel. I will be around the obedience ring most of the time apart from the Friday as i will be at the ms ring then with a friend. The Northen Island team also have a ms in their Novice team on the Thursday so I am looking forward to that. The world championships, well last year when i was talking to the American team they wanted more Razz a ma Tazz lets see if we get it. (go on Herbie)  Perhaps we should meet up and have a glass of wine or something, if your not going to be to busy. If you want to send me a pm. (won't be offended if you dont want to) Viv
