
Well here an idea...send me ALL your fatty foods, and I'll send you lots of fruit and veg and healthy stuff, will send you an exercise routin which consists of hours of running, walking, throwing, jumping, etc! Everyone here will cheer you on while I eat tons of chocolate!!!!! :D
But on a serious note, the last thing you need to do is get upset about not losing the weight, it won't help. You will loose much more weight by being happy, putting on a smile and being confident!
However you say you haven't lost anything, but aslong as you don't put anything on....
I used to think I was overweight, untill I checked my BMI, I'm bang in the middle of being ideal weight!!! So don't start panicking just do your best but make sure you feel good about yourself!
