Topic Dog Boards / Visitors Questions / 6 year old lab weeing after his tea
- By Guest [gb] Date 09.02.05 14:57 UTC
he is 6 and has always been clean and his routine has always been to go out after his tea, but he just started weeing straight after hs tea before we let him out.  nothing has changed, aoart from the younger male growing up (14 months ish) they are both full males, and i am worried about him.
the younger male is going to be castrated in a week as he is mounting everything, and upsetting the older male, could this be the reason, but if it is, y is it just happening at tea time, instead of any other time in the day and breakfast?
completly confused me!!
thank you for any replies

I think you have given the answer, The older dog and the younger dog. My guess is a territory thing. He's putting his scent around so no bitch can miss the fact he's there.

As with any other change in behaviour I'd get him checked out by your vet to make sure there is no medical reason just in case, but my guess is that I'm right.

Regards, John
