Hello
Does anyone know where what kind of show lead i need for my ddb pup and where to purchase please. Also is a limited show or open show best to attend first as im new to this. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Theres not an awful lot of difference to be honest between an open and a limit show....so it really won't matter.Limit just usually means you have to be a member of the society that is holding the show.
No idea what collars/leads they're shown on but sure someone who does will come along soon.

Limit shows are limited to members of the society & are usually more informal than an open show & cheaper as well The dogs that are entered will not have done any top winning as CC winners are excluded from limited shows Edited to add There will only usally be one breed & the classes will be variety classes. As secretary of a society that holds two limited shows a year they are a lot less work & there is less hustle & bustle that an open show & the great places for getting a taster of showing. I would hope that limited shows will make a bit of a come back to get some of the fun back into showing

Open shows are open to all dog that there are classes scheduled whether there are breed classes or variety classes that the breed is eligible for, including champions
