Poor Molly cut her paw open today on some glass, we think, in the local woods.  She's spent most of the day at the vets and has just come home now with a awkward boxing glove.  As I recently took out Marks & Spencers insurance I'm hoping this will be covered.  The policy started at the beginning of Jan but M & S made an error in that they 'forgot' to take the direct debit out in January.  I rang them about 2 weeks ago and they said not to worry, they would take 2 payments in Feb.  This was their error so I am just hoping that there wont be any problem in getting them to payout  (£112).

Also, anybody got any tips on stopping her licking/ chewing the bandage overnight?  So far shes been good as gold but when boredom kicks in she might start on the bandage.

This accident got me thinking that maybe it would be a good idea to carry a  small/pocket size first aid kit.  Anybody know if you can get a dog first aid kit small enough to carry about?

Anyway, I better go a check her now,  It's gone awfully quiet!.
