i thought that bonsai kitten was the trimmin of the cats coat after looking at the web site i am disgusted and disturbed please tell me that they fake what they do!

No, it isn't real.

People that dont have cats dont realise that it is so easy to take photos like this. I have a photo of a kitten inside a narrow necked clear glass vase.  The kitten climbed in head first and started to play inside the vase, and I took photos. I tried to coax her to come out but I couldnt get her out, When I stopped she quite happily stuck her head out to see if all clear and came out quite easily.  So dont worry, it is ALL FAKE.
