Wow that is precocious, but I think the small breeds can be as I remeber my friends Boston cocking his leg at about 3 months old.  In large breeds it often doesn't happen until they are 12 MONTHS old.

Well my Ickle Man (Anton, the Spanish Water Dog) didn't cock his until he was about 14 months :d  He'll only do his number two's in undergrowth, which is a real pain when he gets in all the thorny bits etc. to do it :d

Monsterman is 2 1/2 and still only occasionally cocks his leg when we are out and he feels obliged to leave his calling card. But most of the time he squats lower than my bitch and as he's so hairy, it all sprays down the back of his front legs :P When he comes back in he smells like a gents public toilet!! :(
