Has any one experienced their bitch still having morning sickness at 40 of pregnancy?

Yep both my girls had this, it's because their tummies are getting tight at this stage they feel full all the time.

Sorry the original post should read day 40.  Sharonm, were your girls off their food as well?

Rosie was off her food from day 21, it was an absolute nightmare trying to find something she would eat......she still had a very healthy litter of 7 pups!  They do go through stages of not eating, so try not to worry.

Thanks SharonM, I am a little worried as I expected the sickness would have settled by now.  I haven't experienced it as severe as this before. Thanks for your reassurance

Don't know if this gives some perpective but I was sick with both my children right to the end :(  I found I could alleviate it by not eating starchy foods, some people find the opposite   I would think bitches can be the same :)

What about homeopathic remedies, would you consider these safe to use in pregnancy?
