If you are in the USA then do a search for The american Kennel Club.  you will find links for most things including breed info.  You should look for the Parent and then Regional breed clubs.  You will then be sure of being put in touch with a reputable breeder and not one bred by puppy Farmers/Millers.

If you are in the UK then I suggest you look at the German Spitz breed (very similar) that come in Two sizes here, as American Eskimos are not dound in the UK.
