I just found a wonderful recipe for Banoffee pie.
Thing is does anybody know if banoffee pie can be frozen also could it be kept in the fridge for a few days or would the bannanas go brown?

I would think that you could freeze it ! One of my favourite Puds :D That along with creme brulee and apple pie and custard :)

Is the little four legged baby any better yet from the mouldy bread incident ? :)
