We have 2 Goldens and normally I wouldn't even think about getting them coats, my OH is dead against it maybe its a macho thing. Well we are going to the Lake District and staying in an apartment and if the weather is bad it could be a problem drying them. Is it possible to buy something really light such as a polythene coat to protect them. I have looked at the pet store and they only seem to have really posh coats.

try this site...www.gillrugs.com......they make windproof waterproof coats that are made to measure ,and very reasonably priced.I have ordered from them for years and the coats are really well made and long lasting.
