I have just mated my female cat to a very hansome tom cat from Denmark but unfortunetly they only had 2 days together as my cat rejected the tom, if she has concived, how soon will I be able to tell?

i think cats should only spend two days together for a mating.
she should come out of calling right away if she was mated but you will not know for a few weeks if she is pregnant. if she is not she will go back in to calling again

But one thing I have to ask, when you say your queen rejected the tom do you mean she yowled when he dismounted?  If thats what you mean then its perfectly normal. :)

Ok, you should be able to tell in about a month as she won't have come into season again, and if shes slim or an Oriental  it will start to show :)

She rejected the tom after 2 days together and on day 3 she was totally ignoring him but to chase him away from his food ( food is one ofher fav things - it ranks joint number one with her teddy) and as for slim *l*

ahhhh, then it sounds as if she caught. :)  So you should know for definite in about 4 weeks. :)

She is a European Shorthair, but she thinks she's a lioness, she is always hunting me........I am never allow to see her stalking though, if I spot her before she has caught and killed me she will sulk for hours :) , her other fav game is it/tag with the boys the all love chasing each other round the house, while her nana will be laying on the sofa looking discusted *lol*

I love the European Shorthairs :)  Though at the moment I've a Persian (not peke type or extreme though!) and a Siberian :)
