Ive done this diet and it does work. You do it for 3 days. I lost 4ib in the 3 days. I have done it a few times and always loose about the same. For thge rest of the week you eat normal healthy foods then repeat it again the following week.
If anyone is interested Ill put the diet up.

Day1
breakfast:-1slice dry toast, 1/2tin beans, 1/2 grapefruit.
lunch:-1slice dry toast, 4oz tuna
dinner:-3oz cold meat cup green beans, 4oz beetroot, 4oz vanilla ice cream, 1 small apple
                                                                                                                                                                   Day2
Bfast:- 1slice dry toast, 1 egg, 1/2 banana
L:-5 tuc or ritz biscuits,4oz cottage cheese
D:-3ozcooked cold meat,2oz carrots, 4oz brocilli, 4oz ice cream,1/2banana.

Day3
Bfast:-5tuc or ritz biscuits,1oz cheese,small apple
L:-slice dry toast,1 egg
D:-3oz cooked cold meat 4oz cauliflower,4oz beetroot,4oz ice cream,1/2 melon.

Drink as much water as possible. Tea or coffee can be drunk without sugar or milk. Only add salt and pepper to food.    

The diet woeks on a balance of chemicals. After the 3 days you eat healthy for 3-4 days then repeat the diet again.

This is the diet how I was given it. If you dont fully understand it or have any questions then ask.
The first time I did this I lost 4lb followed by another 2 over the rest of the week. After that I usually lost 2-4lb.

What can you replace the tuna with? I'm allergic to it ...

sorry cant help you there. I dont know if you can replace them with anything. I suppose you could try something and see if it still works for you. Myself I cant see it making that much difference.
