If you're after a dalmatian puppy then go to
the Puppy List and make sure any pup you buy has been BAER tested and has a certificate guaranteeing its hearing status.
However it's unwise to try to rear two puppies at the the same time (they tend to bond with each other and not you) because they're four times the work of one (if you're going to do it properly). Dalmatians are not an easy breed to train anyway, and dalmatian rescue gets full of half-trained adolescent dogs who are a nightmare. Why not get one pup of either of your chosen breeds, get it trained how you want then when it's about 18 months old get the second pup? That way you have two well brought-up dogs instead!
