To ensure you get a well bred typical, and the best chance of a healthy puppy please contact one of teh Breed clubs.

If you go the the Kennel Cklub website then click breeds in the nave bar on left, then toy, then Pomeranian you will get the standard and at the bottom a list of the breed clubs.

the contacts will be able to advise you if there are any pups available, and if not of a reputable breeeder whose waiting list you can go on.  They will also know of some of the bad sources of pups to be avoided like the plague.
