Hi,

I notice a few are dieting. I haven't started my official diet yet. Still trying to find one to suit.

However seeking advice.

Someone asked what time I eat in the evening when I told them I was dieting. I said it was around 7.30 because with one thing & another (ie walking girls/cleaning/studying) it's 7.30 before I stop.

They said I should restructure my evening & if I can manage my evening meal before 6PM this will help. What do you reckon?

What time do the dieters have their evening meal?

Hi cazf
I usually try and eat my last meal between 5-6pm. This seems to be the suggestion and advice of all the diets that are going around. As I am at home all day, I have my main meal midday, then take the dog for a long walk hoping to burn the calories off. With spending at least 3 hours a day (2 walks)walking, I didn't think I'd put weight on. Trouble is all my trousers and skirts have elasticated waistbands and they stretch with you. Good Luck with your diet, it's so easy to put the weight on but oh so hard getting it off.  Sue x

I really think it is what you eat and excercise rather than when you eat that will help in weight loss :)
