I have a book written in I believe 1992 saying that Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasilero are banned in the UK, however, I have a lot of recent books who do not mention this and I can't see anything about either in the dangerous dogs act amendment. I know the Tosa is in there with the Pit Bullso they are still banned.

Anyone know if there are Argentine Dogos or Fila Brasileros in the UK?

As far as I'm aware they are still listed on the breed list of dogs banned under the dangerous dogs act. However, this doesnt necessarily mean there havent been any brought into the country but I am unaware as to whether there are any!

Hopefully they will get thme of the banned list. I emailed the home office and have this for red tape they sent it to like four people its very simple just get one person to look at it!

i was looking at the dda and it only outlines tosas and pit bulls as baned,look up the dda and email to find out for sure
