We seem to be playing the latest Snow Patrol Album an awful lot and we never seem to get bored of it :) This has been going on for a good six months now.
We also like current stuuf like Franz Ferdinand and Keane albums amongst many others:)
I am not really sure though about my alll time favourite as like so many for different reasons :)
I think though the Snow Patrol one is definately up in the top ten of all time :D
We seem to buy at least two CD albums a month , we must have now at least 1500 all in all ! So sould we have to declare this as an exceptional item on our insurance I wonder ?

one of the guys in Keane is the son of my doctor.. if that makes sense? Great album :-)
There is so much fantastic music out there at the moment but it does take a lot to beat the Scissor Sisters IMO - saw them twice last year and would see them again tomorrow if I had the chance! Totally fab!

at the moment NOTHING touches the scissor sisters. the are really really good!
although dont know what the dogs think when im screaching filthy/gorgeous as im driving along!!!!
(some of the tracks remind me abit of the early elton john stuff-or is that just me?)

The Green Day album is one which I can't get into at the moment . Mike and Flo love it so have to listen to it more than I would like to !
Scissors Sisters for me too :D I haven't seen them live yet but am hoping to (anyone know when they're touring again?)
I've got the Guns n Roses Greatest Hits Album on in the car at the moment and can be seen squarking along to Sweet Child of Mine as I drive along!!
The new Extremem Euphoria album is good too - makes me want to dance!!

I've never heard of any of the above ;) My favourite album at the moment is Rod Stewart's - Great American Song Book Vol III. Now that is what I call proper music :D :D
Daisy
Charanda --- my son has "Wh? killed..... The Zutons", have to say I love it! It's er... whacky! lol
Love Snow patrol, Embrace, Scissors Sisters, Franz Ferdinand etc.. last 2 belong to my son, he also likes Athlete who have a new song out soon.
And for something completely different.. anyone listen to Damien Rice? Total chill out music.
Embrace's Steve Firth is my next door neighbour! :)
I love the killers too!! The lead singer is soooo fit!! I was dying to get tickets to go see Green Day but they sold out real quick. Love the Kings of Leon too but the brothers in the group all seem a bit weird in a 'Hillbilly' kind of way! I haven't got the album, but the Zutons are next on my list to get - they are really cool. Oh and of course I love Snow Patrol and Keane - they constantly fight for time on my CD. What about Eminem though? His Encore Album is amazing :)
I haven't got tickets for Green Day but live about 10 minutes from the bowl and so will turn up at the day and get some from the touts (or go to Campbell Park and listen there for free)!!
I really want to get the Zutons album now - think a little trip to HMV might be in order!! :-)
Eminem is cool - I've got his first 3 albums. Not usually into that kind of music but I find his songs have a nice rhythmn to them if you know what I mean!!
My ultimate faves of all time though......Queen!!!! RIP Freddie
Queen.. brilliant. One of my favourite albums is A night at the Opera. I was 13 when Bohemian Rhapsody was released and still love it. Did you see "The Story of Bohemian Rhapsody" on New Years Eve?
Genesis are fantastic too. :)

I also love Evanescence,Scissor sisters, Maroon 5,Anastasia.
But my all time favourites are Queen, Phil Collins/Genesis, George Michael,(especially "listen without prejudice") and Enigma. Anything jazz funk & soul. I have eclectic tastes. :)

Yip Philly is my favorite. Have you head George Micheal's " I can't make you love me" it is probably one of my favorite songs in the world alone with Barry M, I can't smile without you LOL>. Hang my head in shame

Well you probably haven't heard of my current driving tunes, but here goes...
1.) The Year Of The Spider-Cold (especially the track 'whatever you became')
2.)Dizzy Up The Girl-Goo Goo Dolls (I always come back to this CD)
3.)Candy coated Waterdrops-Plumb
4.)Beautiful Lumps Of Coal-Plumb
Plumb are fronted by Tiffany Arbuckle who sings like an angel. Funnily enough they're a christian band but you'd never know it. Their music is highly emotive and you can't help but get into it.
Oooh and not forgetting Melissa Auf Der Maur! You'll see me singing away to 'Real A Lie' while tearing up the motorway.:)

The Maroon 5 album is excellent, IMO.
I agree with the Maroon 5 album - it's very good :D I also like Keane and have Busted in my car at the moment :o
Green Day are one of my favourite bands but I'm not too sure about their latest one at the moment.
My taste in music differs depending on my mood - I love Bohemian Rhapsody and also often listen to semisonic, verve and stereophonics :)

Yes I agree, Maroon 5, Songs about Jane is a brilliant album. Also like Keanes' Hopes and Fears.
Have a listen to Rufus Wainwright "Want one" It is the best cd ever. He is supporting Keane later in the year. Son of Loudon wainwright, always followed his Dad, but Rufus is just superb. Jools Holland and Jonathon Ross and Frank Skinner are always talking about him. Get it you will not regret the £10.00 spent. One of those albums that you just always come back too. JUST GO AND GET IT NOW.
Never ever do I get bored of listening to U2 or Lionel Richie he is my favourite ever. Keane is a cracking album though also love Natasha Bedingfield cant stand her brother though, Damien Rice, Kosheen, Robbie Williams, Jamelia I could go on forever. Got Abba gold album for christmas and thats excellent for bopping round the house to :D :D. We like Lucy buy at leat 2 albums a month.
Michelle :)
