My 9 month old boxer has been in season for a couple of days, and i was just wondering if it is normal for her to be so sleepy? She seems to being sleeping more than usual and for the last two nights has been crying during the early hours (although this could be due to the wind as she is scared of it :-) )

My staffie has had 2 seasons, the first was at 9months.  She was quite tired and miserable and felt very sorry for herself.  I think it's a normal reaction.  You're probably right about the weather scarring her, it's been scarring me lately too!

My 10 month old Cavaliers have just had their first seasons,  Abbie was fine but Lucy has been quite poorly, think she must have had tummy ache because all she wanted to cuddle on my knee and have her tummy rubbed.
