Hi everyone, hope you can help with this small query, when I received the perdigree certificate for my Shar Pei, there is red lettering on some of the dogs names what does this mean.  Many thanks in advance

It normally means that the dogs written in red are a champion of some sort. Look very carefully at any lettering added before the dogs name (Ch/Sh.Ch/FT.Ch/WT.Ch) and that will confirm what status the dog has achieved.

Many thanks, there is also IMP in brackets at the end of some of the names would this be 'imported' Also is there any way of looking at or finding out who they are all owned by, on the KC site maybe?

Yeah you are right it does mean imported !

If you type a dogs registered name into a search engine you should be offered information on that particular dog in some form or other.
