Hello

i have 2 dogs 1 male and 1 female.  The male dog has had the snip, but lately he has started smelling the female pups behind and humping her.  I think that she will be having her first season soon.  I know that the snip doe not stop the humping. but I seems like he knows that she will be coming into season and I thought that the snip would stop him knowing this!!

what do you think??

No it won't stop him knowing shes in season and it doesn't always take away the urge to mate.A castrated male can still mate and tie and please beware sperm can live in a male after castration for up to 6 months I believe
