Hi, I would recommend you get in touch with the Cocker Spaniel Breed Club-although they aren't able to recommend breeders at the moment, they do have a list of all the local breed clubs that you could get in touch with.  I would also recommend the Solid Colour Cocker Club to ask if they can help you find a breeder, but you will almost certainly have to go on a waiting list.  Good luck in your search :)
