I am looking for a companion for my Bedlington Terrier and haven't had much look finding one. Can anyone help me locate a dealer\s in England please. Thank you

Dealer - someone who buys in puppies to sell for profit.  These pups are unlikely to come from caring breeders but from puppy farms.  They rarely have a good start in life and the mothers receive minimal care, being bred at every season.

Breeder - there are two types, one breeds for profit and the second type breed for the love of the breed, often because they want a pup for themselves.

Why on earth would you want to buy a pup from a dealer? Why not buy one from a breeder who will care about the health and socialisation of the pups and about good breeding practices.  There are breeders on the Champdogs Breed pages or you can contact the breed clubs who have puppy lists and would be able to put you in touch with breeders.

Or you could contact the breeder of the dog you have now.

You may have to wait for your puppy, responsible breeders don't always have puppies available, but it will be well worth the wait.
Good Luck
