my 18 month old bullmastiff dog has on for the last 6 months on and off been weeing in the house.
he never does it if i am anywhere near and there is no pattern to when he does it either.
i have tried to catch him at it but he just looks at me he he sees me and walks off. i have an older bitch who is higher upm the ranks than him and i too follow jan fennels views and i am top dog in my house so i cannot think why he is doing this.
i would appreciate any advise as i am now at teh end of my tether and my house smells. :(

Has he been checked for a urinary infection? What do you use to clear it up? Is there a particular place he marks? Is he entire? Is your bitch spayed? Sorry, a lot of questions (and you'll need to register to be able to reply) but it helps give a better picture of your situation.

Jan Fennell's views Hm If she was as good at solving problems as she is at selling books based on other peoples books she might be worth reading & following, sorry but JF is a standing joke in the dog world

I too would get him health checked incase he has an infection

If he is entire & your botch is ntire that could be the cause
