Hi

I am currently doing a bit of research as to whether there were any breeders in England who breed 'teacup maltese' puppies and/or a mixed breed of maltese and poodle? I've noticed that in America the breed that i am looking for are called 'teacup maltese' but i am unsure what the name would be here in England? I also wondered how much this type of puppy would cost to buy and how much average vet bills are?

I would hope no one is breeding any breed for smallness as with it comes a myriad zf genetic & health problems & as for cross breeding of pedigree breeds to produce X breeds to be sold as new "breeds" like the T cup dogs it is done only for money

Why would anyone want a teacup Maltese - surely they are small enough! The price of a puppy would probably be much higher than you would pay for a normal sized healthy puppy as the type of breeder who would produce these is doing it solely for financial reasons & not with the good of the breed or the puppies as a priority & vet's bills would be much higher because of the reasons stated by MM
