What's 'Chav'mas ???
Daisy

"Chav" is another term used for "townies"

I wouldnt say "townies" I would say pikey/skank/grebo :D

BB, think we should take it to Mel's thred of words!!! Here it is used to describe a townie, AKA Pikey! or even Gangster wannabe's! Anyway thats how I have knowen it! :D Different Areas, different meanings!

Yes must be different areas, here in hampshire - well Basingstoke, a chav was always someone usually from one of the rougher areas who claims dole and walks around with some form of tough looking dog !!
I cant access mels link from work so I will have to have a look later :)

Although I know about navel studs - as my daughter had her's pierced just as soon as she got to Uni :D
Daisy
How can it be Chavmas without Prada, Gucci and Juicy Couture? Or Loius Vuitton? Good attempt though...

I think you get them at New Look, Daisy ;). Maybe it's a BK thing? (Before kids - when we used to have a bit of money!)

Must admit though - I haven't been there either since I realised Asda was cheaper! :) £4 for a blouse for work and you can stick it in the basket with your chicken wings!
My idea of shopping heaven.
