Just wanted to know if it is true that certain breeds of dog like or dislike male and female human?

Exampe is When i was younger my great uncle had a female jack russel that loved any male who came in the house she would lick you, jump all over you, make you tickle her belly and never showed any aggression to a human male ever not 1 bite or lunch or bark. Now with females that was a different question she turned into a monster she never bit anybody but would bark, lunch and be very agressive for no reason the only exception to this was my great aunt who was looked on by the bitch as a male, My greant uncle told me she had been like this from a puppy and never changed untill she died.
Was this because she was female and we where males and she viewed us as mates or something else as ive herd of this in all kinds of animals.

Basically, no! It's not usually anything to do with the breed, rather than the individual. If your great-uncle's JR had ever been ill-treated by women she would be more likely to distrust them. They can certainly smell hormones though, and I would guess that this particular bitch didn't view human males as mates (wrong species, wrong pheromones!) she might view oestrogen-laden females as rivals. Maybe your great-aunt was post-menopausal, and therefore not secreting hormones?
