What does it say on the diet sheet you were given when you bought her? (This is a KC requirement.) If the breeder was slack enough not to supply one, then continue feeding her the same as she's been fed so far, for about another two weeks - this is because she's got enough changes in her life to cope with right now without the added stress of dietary change, which frequently leads to illness.
I suggest you buy a copy of "The Pet Owner's Guide to the Dalmatian" by Geraldine Gregory (published by Ringpress books) which lists a suitable diet regime for raising dalmatians. "Dalmatians Today" by Patches Silverstone (also Ringpress) and "Dalmatians" by John Wholey and Gwen Eady (Crowood books) are also very informative and helpful.
An excellent book for general puppy-raising tips is "The Perfect Puppy" by Gwen Bailey. With these books in your collection you shouldn't go far wrong! Good luck!
