Please everyone is South Glamorgan that there are dog thieves about, 2 men in a silver Ford Transit (not a skanky old van - but a very nice condition one) with christmas lights in the front on the dashboard. One of the men approx 5'6" tall scruffy greying hair, moustache, casually dressed, southern Irish accent, smokes hand rolled cigarettes

They are targetting greyhounds and lurchers

PLEASE BE AWARE and vigilant and keep your dogs safe
