I just thought I would update you all of Tosca's progress (not that anyone is remotely interested)!!! She is now 8 and a half weeks old. She has had her first vacc and that went ok. Apart from being wormy she is fit and well. We have has puppy runs for a couple of days, but she is getting better now. (I think that was mainly due to being wormy). The vet recommended we worm her every 10-14 days to start with as she was born on a farm, and outside. So the second dose is being done tomorrow morning.
She has really come out of herself now, and her temperament is starting to show through. She is definaltely a food driven pup and will do anything for a quick snack!! We have her coming when called, sitting, and sometimes even lying down in return for a treat. She has a very strong sheepdog insticnt, and the cats are being herded often....not that they enjoy it too much! I know she is not the 'perfect' textbook collie dog, as her coat has too much white in it, to us she is just the perfect puppy and has filled a gap we didnt know was there. :)
I'm interested!!!
They grow and develop so quickly, before you know it they have passed that baby puppy stage-make the most of it and keep us informed!!
Tosca sound adorable, I actually like the ones who have more white than black, makes her special, which she is of course :)
Amazing how quickly they pick things up, we had Kayla coming to her name on the same day as we got her! She's food orientated too!! MAkes life easy and hard at the same time! She's adevil for counter surfing!!
Good luck with her, keep us updated!

a good dog is never a bad colour!!!!! lol!

My new pup Alfie (Irish Setter) is now 9 weeks old, he is extremely food orientated and long may this last after the problems I am having with Fagan :(
Alfie comes to his name and sits and waits for his dinner until given the ok command :)

Moss is now 13 weeks old and massive his feet are huge and he's into everything. I cant wait till January when he starts his training. He just grows so fast
Moss sounds so lovely!! Tosca has got this really mischievous streak in her now and it's so lovely to see her playing. They're grrrreat aren't they!!

lovely isnt a word that describes Moss, My mom said last night he should of been called oy you as its all were saying he already has been pulling clumps of the xmas tree and getting in the tinsel bags. He digs the garden barks chews knocks things over gets under your feet, bless him but at least we love him. I ran his foot over with the computer chair today by accident he just sat and looked at me and made me all guilty so he got picked up and cuddled for ages. Michelle wats one more collie lol thats wat i always tell myself think of the cute muddy puppy paws.

got to get flynn into "C" before i can get another one!
