Can someone please advise if the dogo argentino is banned in the UK and if so, why? and if not, how i can find a puppy of that breed in this country.

i thought you were urgently wanting a staffi, and dog argento will cost you even more money than a staffi.

having absolutely no luck getting either. to be honest i would pay close to breeder fees for a staffy but I want a pure black or pure red, and so far am not having any luck getting either...let alone this dogo. i was looking through the 1991 dangerous dogs act and i think dogo might have been added. can anyone confirm?

you are going to find it hard to get just the 1 colour be it red or black

i had a black bitch and she had a small (about the size of my little finger) white make on her chest and she was classed as black brindle and white
and i dont think i have ever seen a pure red dog

and yes the dogo argentino is on the DDA

HOW please tell me can you have trouble getting hold of a Staffie pup, although you say you want a red which can be hard, weve got a red one but it took 30 phonecalls to breeders to find one!!!
