She could be, why not get her scanned?  Then you will know for sure!

My bulldog was mated on the 8th and her nipples got larger and pinker
she was clingy,stopped eatting for a few days and generally looked in pup
to the point I would of offered a 100/1 bet to anyone but on taking her to be scanned
there was nothing sadly so  be careful in building your hopes up too much
