No one can email you because you haven't left your address! If this is a puppy enquiry I think you'll find that you have to contact breeders, not the other way round - reputable breeders do not have to approach possible buyers. Certainly Chihuahuas seem to be difficult to obtain at present, so contact the breed clubs for details of breeders.
