How about naming her after a flower that comes out in the spring - here are just a few examples I found on a search on the net , the first two are a bit unusual!!

I like poppy, i think it's really pretty!

I know Leonbergers don't originate from Scotland but what about naming her after one of the Isles - they're lovely but unusual. Just a few examples below!
