Hi all,
This is litter is the first time I have wormed through pregnancy from day 40 right through, so not sure what to do about worming mum now, pups are three weeks old tomorrow and I will be worming them in a few days, they are eating enough now to worm them on a full stomach.  But should mum be wormed the same time or won't she need it ?  I stopped worming her the day she whelped.

Thanks Lydia

Your vet would be the best person to ask.

I myself don't worm the bitch again until after the pups get their last worming and have left home.  with my own bitches they are still claeaning up after the pups so will be taking in the wormer throught the pups faeves, as well as reinfecting themselves I suppose, so I prefer to do everyone once they are gone to be sure they arte all clear and also to avoid any chance of overdosing the bitch with wormer.
