Does anybody have a problem with their dogs eating its blanket? My 2 year old CKCS does it at night when he's in bed.  It doesn't seem to cause him any problems, I just keep finding bits of blanket in his feaces!  I am worried though that this might cause a blockage one day.  I've tried using the oval soft beds but he just rips these up and pulls all the fluff out.  He isn't alone at night as we have a 1 year CKCS to keep him company.  I think it may be just a habit with him but would welcome any advice.

my 4 year old Groenendael bitch SUCKS her blankets through the night - she also does this to the sofa covers so you end up with a soggy bum if you sit down without looking - yuk

My 10 month dobe has a blanket and it is full of holes - he eats bits of it.  Sometimes he carries it around with him - he loves his blanket and I wonder what I am going to do when there is no blanket left.

I have for the first time ever a bedding nibbler.  All my pieces of green Vet Bed look like cheeseplant leaves.  I wouldn't mind if it was just ehr own, but she has chewed holes in all the bedding in all the dog beds.  That is four in the kennel, and 3 in the house in use at any time.

I always used to send pups away with a piece of bedding each and the girls would get new, but that won't work anymore, it will need to be replaced by throwing away the old which seems a shame.
