My Chihuahua has a very honky cough. Like a goose. Just a few times a day. A friend of mine has let me borrow her book(The Chihuahua Handbook) by D. Caroline Coile. Ph.D.    I've done some reading and it seems like he might have Tracheal Collapse! Does anyone have any other advise or does anyone have this problem with their Chihuahua?

No experience of Chis but a friend of mine has  a german Spitz who suffers from a 'collapsed windpipe', sounds like cats windpipe when said fast tho!!
He used to honk occassionally but they always walked him with a harness rather than collar and that did seem to improve it. The vet didn't really give a cause but did say it was quite common in some of the smaller breeds,
Sorry to not be of more help, will try to find some more info for you :)

VERY common in Toy breeds, my sisters Pom had it, so did my Jack Russell.  Not much can be done, invasive surgery whereby rings are inserted to keep the pipe open is an option, but I'm not sure of the prognosis.
