I am trying to get a contact number for a breeder called Mr A Mctear from Cumbria as i have posted on the behaviour board it is regarding a 6 month old puppy we have just bought that was originally from him, we are having  few problems and would like some help we would also like to change the registration into our name. thanks.

If you are on about changing the ownership registration details, this can be done via the kennel club website, you can download the form, or at least you used to be able to, hope this helps.
