my westie is 15 month old i havent much money comming in so now the vets make it dificult to get my bitch insured she has a rash on her front brest and legs and is very thin of fur in these parts just wondering if anyone can throw any lighton the subject i would be very greatful

Try keeping your bitch cooler - occasionally this is all that it takes to clear up a WHWT's rash.  If you have central heating on keep her away from the pipes and radiators and maybe put in a paving slab for her to lay on if you are fully carpeted
