Please can any on on here point me in the right way to a breeder who is well known for blue merle collies as we would like one to start showing
Yes have looked on the breeder list but dont know who has the best blue merles

You'll have to join to answer, but whereabouts in the country are you?  Ones that spring to mind from Champdogs list are Wicani, Markenfield, Gemastra, Lynaire, Antoc - but it will also depend on the 'type' you are looking for.

Have just had it pointed out to me :D that I should stress that I don't have personal experience of these breeders' stock, just pointing out that these are the breeders listed who are most 'well known for blue merle collies', as you asked.

As with all puppy buying, you should ensure that you find out what type you like, as mentioned, and most importantly ensure that you are buying from a breeder who health tests.
