I saw this on the bbc website in Scotland it is now legal for tenants to join together and force people to give up there land. :-o
Is this more Labour type gentry bashing?  I would be very angry if this could happen to me and if they can do it to big landowners how long before they start on the small ones?  GRRRRRRR
This makes me so angry I do not care how these peoples ancestors came by this land hundreds of years ago, I could claim that my Great x12 grandfather owned the land the Scottish MPs houses are on would they give it to me? No.

Similar to whats happening in South Africa / Zimbabwe, lets hope it doesnt get that out of hand though :(

On a high though, ive got scottish relatives so maybe there is some land up there that once belonged to one of them :P
