I live in a small flat and I own a boxer I would also like a new hooch dog, I think they are called dogs de bodoys or something to that effect. i saw one at a county fait and i was most impressed do you think that I would have the space for such a dog. if not I  would consider selling my boxer please help me with this matter as I am unsure about what to do

wind up!!
- By simmo [gb] Date 30.11.04 13:25 UTC
If you think it is a wind-up, why bother to reply?
why not just ignore it :-)

WUMs usually delight in getting a response, if you respond you are giving them what they want arent you? :-)

Simmo, you said

>if you try to advise people in a polite way, (through gritted teeth if need be) you will help the DOGS more in the long run than you ever will by being rude, whether its a WUM or not,

Now you say to ignore them.

Which should it be?
- By simmo [gb] Date 30.11.04 13:39 UTC
well, if you REALLY feel its a wind-up the best thing to do is to ignore it.

If youre not sure, then it doesnt hurt to give some good advice now does it :-)

If you live in a small flat you don't have room for a Dogue I'm afraid. And if you would consider selling your existing dog, then I wouldn't consider you a suitable owner for any breed.
- By sarstaff [gb] Date 30.11.04 14:01 UTC
simmo you didnt ignore it or give advice so bog off!
- By simmo [gb] Date 30.11.04 14:04 UTC
Sarstaff - theres no need to be so rude.
"bog off" ?
thats the kind of thing kids say in the playground for goodness sake :-)
- By sarstaff [gb] Date 30.11.04 14:07 UTC
i know its not like me to be rude on here but it had to happen one day!

How can anyone just disregard one dog to get another which takes their fancy is beyond me, It beggars belief.

what I don't get is why people like to do this? I never could
- By John [gb] Date 30.11.04 18:22 UTC
I must say Guest, with your attitude you would never get a dog from me! Getting rid of one car to get another is fine, getting rid of one living creature to get another it totally unacceptable.
