I would get in touch with one of the Breed Clubs and ask them about a list of recommended breeders, they may also be able to help you with the price thing ;)

What a lovely surprise you mum is going to get. Thats always been my mums dream dog. When she was 60 a few years ago me and my sisters thought about getting her 1 but unlike your mum health isnt on the side of my mum. She as bad heart problems so we thought it would be best not to go along with the idea.

Not so sure how some breeders may feel about it being bought as a gift though you may have to convince them she wants one. :-)
